I'm a skilled facilitator and ICF accredited coach with over 15 years of experience working across several industries - from tech to logistics, education to e-commerce. 

I've created and given workshops on a wide variety of topics linked to how we lead, collaborate, and communicate - from managing stakeholders and expectations - to presenting yourself with confidence - to leading your team through change. I've also helped organisations identify and communicate their values, navigate change, and develop people processes like performance management and career frameworks.
